AWS SAM doesn’t support these API Gateway extensions

As you know, API Gateway extensions are extensions to the OpenAPI specification that support the AWS-specific authorization and API Gateway-specific API integrations. They support the AWS-specific authorization and API Gateway-specific API integrations for REST APIs and HTTP APIs. However please note AWS SAM supports a subset of API Gateway extensions only.

If you want to use some API Gateway extensions which are not supported by AWS SAM, you have to use CloudFormation or API Gateway console instead.
